JASIL is currently expanding and seeks to strengthen its team by hiring an Automation and Maintenance Technician (M/F).
The primary mission of this role is to ensure the proper functioning of the factory’s robotics and automation systems.
We are looking for a dynamic professional with strong technical skills, a sense of responsibility, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for the proper operation, management, and monitoring of robotics and industrial automation systems;
Hardware installation and software development;
Planning and executing machine maintenance in collaboration with production team leaders;
Performing minor maintenance and general repairs in the factory as needed;
Implementing and monitoring the initial TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) for equipment;
Recording all work performed through the company’s intranet system.

Requirements:
Education in the field of Mechanics and Electronics (preferred);
Computer literacy from a user’s perspective;
Strong technical knowledge of electronics and mechanics;
Ability to adapt, take initiative, be flexible, and be available;
Experience in the metalworking industry (preferred);
Focus on internal customers, assertive communication, and strict adherence to operational and safety procedures;
Commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

- Creation of parts manufacturing programs using CAD/CAM tools.

- Monitoring machine assemblies and executing the first parts in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the program.

- Execution of production support tools.

- Production support in solving manufacturing problems.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in metalworking CNC programming (eliminatory factor).

- Experience with TopSolid or similar software (preferential factor)

- Knowledge of metalworking manufacturing processes (turning, milling, grinding)

- Critical thinking and analytical skills.

JASIL, a leading company in the precision metalworking sector that is expanding in the automotive market, is seeking to hire a Quality Control Technician (M/F).  We are looking for a meticulous and dynamic professional to monitor production floor processes, ensuring compliance with product quality standards and helping to meet our customers’ requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation of Core Tools and IATF standards and in ensuring compliance with customers’ technical requirements.
Inspect and approve raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products, with the authority to intervene in cases of non-conformity;
Record and address internal non-conformities and assist in the analysis of customer complaints;
Support the department’s general tasks.


Requirements:
Technical high school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Quality, or Industrial);
Previous experience (at least 1 year) in Quality Control roles in an industrial setting;
Knowledge of Quality Management standards (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949) and associated tools (mandatory);
Proficiency in dimensional metrology and reading/interpreting technical drawings;
Good knowledge of English;  Independence, technical rigor, communication skills, and team spirit.
